The brunt of Sauron's horde, the Mordor uruks are numerous and bloodthirsty. Their armour, while varied and mismatched, gives them decent protection (the exception being against a giant Rohan cavalry charge!). Do note that the scavenged Gondor breastplate will not play a large role in this tier's aesthetic.
